【Introduction】
This program subsidizes fees associated with developing products and packaging that express a product’s connection to Oki Islands Geopark.
【Application Period】
April 1, 2024 (Mon)–May 15, 2024 (Wed)
【Eligible for Subsidy】
- Package development
Developing or updating the packaging of products unique to the Oki Islands.
- Design development
Developing products that use the environment, culture, and landscape of the Oki Islands as a motif. *Products made using geological resources are ineligible.
【Applicant Qualifications】
A natural or legal entity that resides on the Oki Islands. Headquarters, place of business, or factory must be within Oki District.
【Subsidy Amount】
Up to JPY 300,000 (Subsidy rate: up to 2/3 of eligible costs)
【Eligible costs for subsidy】
- Fees such as design fees, coordinator fees, or production costs associated with package design
- Fees such as material costs, consumable expenses, and mailing costs that are necessary for product development
【How to Apply】
Applications should be sent by mail or email to the designated address.
【Application Review Process】
Presentation made to the review board about plans for the relevant product
