Neoclinus nudiceps is a species of blenny, which is not listed in Japanese fish encyclopedias until recently. It was discovered and gathered in Oki in 2010, and was given the Japanese name Okimatsuge because it has a transparent skin flap. It is one of the few fishes with the name “Oki”. The fish is only 5 cm in length and dwells in rocky areas. Their body colour varies from orange to red.
